three words.

These three
simple words are
more than just that.
They symbolize

etc.

They stand for

longing.
A person's deepest
secret.

emotion.
Love.
We all know the word
but no one knows
what it means.
We carelessly
tell people
that we feel it.
That we've experienced it.
But how do you
really know?
Can you put it
into words?
I love you?
No.
It
means
nothing.
But it does.
It sounds poetic.
But it's not.
Do you love someone?

don't.
Words

That's nice.

about it.
Words

empty.
Words are useless.
You are useless.
Love is useless.
Something we can
live without.
Something we don't
need.
Yet something we
do.
We need it.
We want it.
We've got to have it.
Yet we don't.
You don't need love.
You don't need anything.
All you need is
you.
You're alone.
We're alone.
We're alone together.
You're alone.
When we're alone
we don't want to be.
And when we aren't
we want to be.
We want someone.
We want love.
